Ulf Malmerberg
President
Founding Partner
Ulf Malmerberg, holds a MSc from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. He has been with Ericsson between 1980 and 2004. During this time he was working with sales of complex industrial turnkey telecommunications systems towards Latin America, Africa and the Middle East as well as in various senior management positions in Sweden, the US and the UK, including business management towards South East Asia.
In 2004 Mr. Malmerberg began working with business development for the Mankato Investment group in Switzerland creating Avanzia Communications Center Group. He has also been a co-founder and president for establishing a real estate business in China and Chairman for a consulting and incubation center in Shanghai. In 2012 Mr. Malmerberg was a co-founder of Xeric.
Klas Lundgren
President of Southeast Asia

Klas Lundgren has a MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University, Sweden and a master's degree in Marketing and Management from the Technische Hochschule in Darmstadt, Germany.
Mr. Lundgren has over 30 years of experience from the telecom industry and has among other worked 15 years for Ericsson, 4 years for Netcom Consultants and 4 years for Alcatel-Lucent. Mr. Lundgren worked as head of Ericsson's mobile business in Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, the Philippines and Poland. He was also head of Alcatel-Lucent in Sweden during 4 years. During the years 1993-96 Mr. Lundgren headed the work to introduce and implement Smart Communications first mobile system in the Philippines.

Robert Etteborn
Founding Partner
Robert Etteborn, has an education in finance, law and language at Uppsala University and Lund University in Sweden and also executive educations at IMD Business School in Lausanne and INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau.
After acting as an officer in The Swedish Air force between 1973 and 1984. Mr Etteborn joined the Ericsson Group in 1984 and stayed in different management positions until 2004, including 10 years as CEO of companies in Asia and three years as VP at Ericsson Microwave in Gothenburg. He left Ericsson 2004 to pursue his own businesses and is today working with his own private investments.
Christer Hedberg
Founding Partner
Christer Hedberg, holds a MBA from Stockholm School of Economics and is a certified project manager by both PMI and PRINCE 2.
He has many years experience in project management, consultancy and executive management positions in the Middle East and is a strong advocate of renewable energy.
