Xeric’s services may be provided using cloud resources and servers located in various countries around the world. Therefore, Xeric may transfer your personal data outside the country where you use our services, including to countries outside the EU and EEA.

Xeric is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to Xeric or guarantee that your information stored by Xeric may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. We may process data about your use of our website and services ("usage data"). The source of the usage data is obtained and stored in Google Analytics. Data related to our marketing emails including your open and click behaviors is collected and stored in MailChimp. This usage data may be processed for the purposes of analyzing the use of our website and services and seeking ways to optimize your experience.

8.Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email info@xeric.se   or write to us at our address.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

To update your personal information, you can:

  • To stop receiving any of our marketing emails, you can click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email received;

We keep our privacy policy under regular review and we will place any updates on our web page and publish a link to the front page of our website.

Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can be easily found on our website’s menu under ‘About Us’.

To be in line with GDPR, should a data breach occur, we will notify you via an email and place a notification on our website within 72 hours.
